Return and Refund Policy

Shirley’s Store return policy:

If you are not happy with your purchase within 14 days from date of purchase you may return for a full refund (excluding shipping) if the item purchased had free shipping it will be minus $5 from the original price.

To be eligible for a return the item(s) must be new and/or in the same condition as you received it with all packaging that was included.

You will not be refunded for return shipping, only cost of item once received.

Please read full description of each item as some items are non-returnable/refundable such as vintage and most handmade items.

Most items will be shipped USPS with tracking and insured in case of a lost item.
